Generative AI Policy

The journal recognises that authors may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with manuscript preparation. However, responsible and transparent use is required. 

Acceptable Uses 

• Language editing  

• Grammar correction 

• Improving readability

Disclosure Requirement 

Authors must disclose the use of AI tools in the manuscript. 

Example: 

The authors used an artificial intelligence language tool to assist with grammar and readability during manuscript preparation. The authors take full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the content. 

Restrictions 

AI tools must not be used for: 

• Generating scientific data  

• Creating falsified images or results 

• Writing the manuscript without author oversight 

• Listing AI tools as authors 

Only human researchers can be listed as authors.
